Discovery Console
On the Discovery Console, you can now view all the Users per App, as well as all the Apps per User, to better understand activity.

- Filter to the discovered apps you’d like to review.
- On the right sidebar, click on the Apps tab to view Apps.
- Click on an app to review.
- Click the Users tab in the App’s window.
- Users are listed below the tab.

Known Issues
QuillBot
QuillBot is not yet visible in the drop-down filters on the Conversations Console “Application” drop-down filter, or on the Policies Console “Destination” drop down filter.
ChatGPT Interruption
On Tuesday October 21st, OpenAI updated ChatGPT, which disrupted key WitnessAI integrations. This issue was promptly detected and customer status pages were updated immediately, and kept updated as we updated our integration to restore functionality.
What does this mean?
The following temporary changes will be in place as we update our ChatGPT integration:
- WitnessAI’s normal inline app alerts for warning and blocked messages will appear in a browser overlay message.
- ChatGPT prompts and responses will continue to be captured as normal.
- Routing prompts from ChatGPT to other Apps & LLMs will be temporarily unavailable.
A permanent fix will be deployed as soon as possible. Your WitnessAI Status Page will continue to be updated as we progress.
Fixed Issues
Alerts Console
Alerts Console now displays the most recent alerts at the top by default.
The Alerts can be sorted in Ascending or Descending by clicking the Date column header. the sort order will be indicated by an up or down arrow.
